He graduated from Singapore Polyethnic with Electronics, Computer & Communication Engineering in 1997. He has extensive programming knowledge in the area of Desktop Applications, Windows Services and Web Applications development using VB.Net and C#. With more than 20 years involvement in project development and customers support on major ANPR projects in Singapore and Malaysia, See Heng Tan has develop very strong customer service ethos.
