Máté joined Adaptive Recognition in 2018 after having graduated as an Engineering Manager from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. His expertise extends to both the hardware and the software of the cameras produced by the company. As a Product Manager he always strives to find the latest, most fitting and reliable solutions for high-level projects all around the world.
I graduated as an IT engineer and joined Adaptive Recognition as product manager. This position has an important role within the organization – I can contribute to making our products better and more accurately positioned on the market, addressing real life problems by fine-tuning our capabilities. My efforts, this way, such as the company’s long-term goals, can help making traffic safer around the world.
Steve, with a photographic background, proudly brags that as National Sales Manager since 2013, he has continued to learn from talented colleagues every day in this ever evolving technological field of ours. Ivan developed an organized approach to managing customer relationships over the years. As a former graduate of the University of South Florida, he acquired the key business skills necessary to succeed in North America. With an extensive experience in OCR technology procurement, Ivan builds on the principles of consistency and discipline in order to help navigate the challenges of complex integration projects that feature ID scanning or license plate recognition technologies.

Balint is a happily married proud father of one, and a dedicated self-proclaimed “workaholic family man.” He holds a B.Sc. degree in Engineering Management, as well as a M.Sc. degree in Business & Managerial Economics, and has an extensive background in technology, product strategy, and a pursuit of customer satisfaction. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family but he is also a license plate enthusiast and an avid reader. Balint’s leadership helps to build a smoothly working team that is always ready to step up to the challenge for our clients, and to serve as a knowledgeable resource when needed.

Csaba Nagy-Amigo has graduated at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as an Electrical Engineer. He specialized in high bandwidth communication and designing electrical equipment’s. He started his career as a hardware and embedded software developer then turned to the business development and building & leading specialized teams. I am working at Adaptive Recognition Hungary as a professional and experienced member of the ID Reader Solutions Team. My main responsibility is to lead our Tech Support team and also focusing heavily on helping our customers with pre-sales technical decisions and product knowledge.

Alan has an operational international background within the defence and security sector. He has a technical background as weapons- and electronics engineering officer and a master degree in mechanical engineering from the Royal Danish Naval Academy.
