We are pleased to announce the establishment of Adaptive Recognition Poland Sp. z o.o., a new Warsaw-based Polish subsidiary of Adaptive Recognition, an ARH company. Officially registered on 15 July 2026, Adaptive Recognition Poland gives us a direct presence in the Polish market and a local base from which to develop further opportunities across the region. The new company will work with customers, partners and system integrators in intelligent transportation, traffic enforcement and tolling, vehicle access and parking, smart port applications, and identity document processing. Adaptive Recognition Poland will be led by Michał Żuchora, President of the Management Board and CEO. Michał brings extensive experience in intelligent transportation systems, tolling, traffic enforcement, road safety and mobility technologies. He has worked with public authorities, system integrators and technology partners on business development, tenders and complex transportation projects in Poland and international markets. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing Adaptive Recognition’s presence in Poland, building strategic partnerships and supporting regional and international projects. “Poland offers significant opportunities for technologies that make transportation safer, more efficient and better connected,” said Michał Żuchora. “Adaptive Recognition Poland allows us to work directly with customers and partners, understand their requirements and combine local market knowledge with Adaptive Recognition’s established technology portfolio. We have already secured our first orders and contracts, giving us a strong foundation for the work ahead.” The Warsaw operation will provide a local point of contact for organisations deploying Adaptive Recognition technologies and support closer cooperation with integrators involved in regional and international projects. “The establishment of Adaptive Recognition Poland is an important step in strengthening our presence in Central Europe. Michał’s market experience, industry knowledge and relationships with customers and partners provide a strong foundation for our continued development in Poland and internationally,” said László Kis, CEO of Adaptive Recognition. For Adaptive Recognition, the new company brings more than 35 years of experience in vehicle recognition and identity document processing closer to the Polish market. Across more than 100,000 deployments on six continents, Adaptive Recognition cameras, software and document- reading devices support applications ranging from individual installations to national-scale transportation, mobility, security and identity systems. To learn more about Adaptive Recognition Poland or discuss a project with the local team, please contact Michał Żuchora directly.
