We believe in what we create and stand behind our products with confidence. As a true sign of Adaptive Recognition product reliability, we revised our software update and warranty policy. As of Q2/2018, you can purchase third-generation ANPR cameras and all of our passport readers with the new policy.
This includes:
- Three years of full manufacturer’s warranty
- Three years of update service period on all standard software that comes with these products.
The extended warranty and software update coverage serves a sole purpose: peace of mind for users of Adaptive Recognition passport readers and access control, traffic monitoring, and speed enforcement ANPR cameras.
What Does The Warranty Mean?
Adaptive Recognition provides free repair or replacement service of the unit – simply have it shipped to our facility and we will send it back to you free of charge when the device is back in working order.
As for the software update service period, you will have access to all the latest software versions within this period, free of charge. This includes our regular improvements, fixes, and function updates. Note, however, that the chosen product will remain fully functional even after the expiry of the three-year period.
