To use this service, start by registering on the Carmen® Cloud website and subscribe to our Carmen® License Service. If you want to use Carmen® GO or the Video SDK, select the Carmen® GO option; for other products like Carmen® FreeFlow SDK, or Carmen® OCR SDK, choose the Carmen® FreeFlow option.
When choosing Carmen® GO, the number of licenses purchased determines the number of streams you can process. For Carmen® FreeFlow, the number of licenses dictates the maximum number of CPUs that can be utilized, which corresponds to the number of images processed at the same time.
After obtaining your API key, deploy the lightweight License Service Client, and you’ll be ready to use our product instantly, enjoying the flexibility and scalability.

The key difference between the Carmen® FreeFlow SDK and the Carmen® License Server lies in scalability, pricing, and flexibility. The Carmen® License Server is easily scalable, providing access to a version of the software that is continuously updated, and is designed for seamless use in cloud or virtual environments, with licenses provided from the cloud.

This version includes one year of updates, with the option to purchase additional updates later.
