How and when do I need to pay for the device?

After submitting your order, you will have time to talk through your needs with our experts, and can complete payment after you’ve agreed on the configuration and have had all of your questions answered. When that’s all settled, we’ll create and send you a pro forma invoice that you can pay by bank transfer or credit card.

What are the warranty terms?

Osmond comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, including remote support and repair/replacement, depending on the type of issue.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We are able to ship you an Osmond worldwide using DHL Express.

Do you offer quantity-based discounts or project pricing?

Yes, we are able to tailor our offer to your project, depending on the quantity ordered. Our sales experts are happy to discuss such issues once you have submitted your preorder.

Important note for those customers who’ve previously purchased an AR product: Osmond is the successor model of Adaptive Recognition’s Combo Smart and PRMc product families. In practice, this means that various Combo Smart, Combo Smart N, Combo Smart Kiosk and PRMc II models will no longer be produced in 2021.

Osmond models include all of the capabilities their predecessors had – in fact, the performance and functions of our new models surpass the high standards you’re already accustomed to. For further details about the production change, please reach out to our sales team through the contact form.
